“Guide me in your truth and teach me, for you are God my Savior, and my hope is in you all day long.” Psalm 25: 5

Family Faith Formation and Sacraments:
Our Family Faith Formation program is designed for families with children in grades K-5. This is a two part program. Children complete weekly lessons at home with their family, then, on the second Saturday of each month following the 4:00 p.m. Mass, all families gather together with Father Bernard to share a meal and discuss what they have learned. This format strengthens both the family’s practice of faith in the home while connecting each family within the greater parish community.

The necessary preparation for the Sacraments of Reconciliation and First Holy Communion are incorporated into the Family Faith Formation program. The two year preparations begins in first grade.

Adult Study:
Everyone desiring to know and discuss our faith are invited to attend classes on Saturdays (with one exception, the second Saturday of the month) at 5:00-6:15 p.m. at the St. Francis Solanus annex. These classes, led by Fr. Bernard Maloney, cover a different topic each week. These sessions are also helpful for people desiring to be received into the church and for Catholics to celebrate Confirmation and First Communion.

Studies and Events:
Our parish is always seeking volunteers to help expand our educational opportunities for parishioners of all ages. If this is a ministry that interests you, please contact the parish office.
